Kroger has ‘em down here. Try a supermart chain or go find an ethnic grocery store.

I don’t know where you can buy them, but habaneros are generally considered to be a suitable substitute for Scotch Bonnets.

I live in NY but I always see them in the street fruit and vegetable stands.

I know Whole Foods carries them in just about every store in the produce department.

most markets carry them, but they’re called habanero peppers here in the west.
