    try crochetpatterncentral.com. They have a ton of great patterns for babies. Keep in mind that preemies grow FAST, and you may want to make your hat a little big, so the baby can wear it for more then a few weeks!

  3. Patterns for dolls clothes are usually suitable. A lot of the ‘Baby Doll’ patterns even say "also suitable for premature babies".
