Blue Bonnet

Probably being a bit stupid but I’ve just bought a Fiat Seicento and I can’t for the life of me find the lever to open the bonnet! Where is it?

under the steering wheel there is a red lever (on lancia y ,maybe it can be for 600 too)

   too the right hand side of the drivers footwell next too the pedals it should be bright red
