I had trouble with this “two” before too, I was suspicious that they were one and the same because they “both” replied to one of my comments too, then quickly deleted it too! What “they” didn’t realize was the deleted comment came to my mailbox anyway, and I saw it was a reply from the other name. Just goes to show you how many looney people there are in the world. And what is the point of doing it? We’re all just here trying to enjoy The Corries, as it should be!

    I said no such thing. I said that Scots in Nova Scotia have a right to call themselves exiles but decided to back out of the argument. It’s none of my business although I do have family over there. And since I’m currently living in the States because of work, I suppose I am too if only temporary.

    Now you go back one page–look where you said that highlanders were all guilty of “rape and murder” and deserved what happened to them. Do you remember saying that, Sir? Believe me, I remember it.

    Well it was MY family who suffered for that. Most of them died in the course of being forcibly transported. AFTER many of them being raped by the soldiery who were doing the transporting.

    Who was guilty of cruelty? Rape? Murder? I propose it was the Hanovers.
