I found an old Montgomery ward hair dryer that belonged to my Grandmother who was born in 1913?

I would like to know how old it is. It is called "Signature portable electric hair dryer" It has a hose which attaches to a case and to a bonnet. The bonnet has multiple air vents, which the hot air blows through. It also has a place to put perfume so that the air smells like the perfume of your choice. In addition it has a place and attachments for nail care, including electric buffers, files, nail dryer etc.
Does any one know when these were manufactured?
I would never sell this item, it is part of my history.

The 1960’s & early 1970’s.
Some models had plastic caps/bonnets, some had plastic hoods.

Mine was light pink, with darker pink daisey-like flowers on the cap/bonnet.
We covered our ears with Kleenex to prevent the heat from burning them.
The elastic in the bonnet always left a mark on our foreheads.

In the early ’60’s, we used brush rollers (a wire covered in a plastic mesh with a brush inside), which was held in place by a pick (looked like a large plastic toothpick).
When we were in a hurry, we took the brush out of the roller, which helped our hair dry faster, and secured the mesh roller with a large bobby pin.
By the mid-’60’s, we had plastic rollers with plastic clamps which fit over the rollers to hold them in place.

The portable hair dryer was nice, if we had time to sit in one place while our hair dried.
Most of the time, our mom used it.
It was easier for us to sleep with the rollers in our hair and let it dry over-night.
