I have a 10" orbital buffer (shop force). I would like to know who makes this brand for Meijer stores,?

i WOULD ALSO LIKE TO KNOW WHERE i CAN GET A REPLACEMENT APPLICATOR BONNET,SINCE MEIJERS DOES NOT SELL THEM.
