Steam clean or Bonnet (buffer)?

I work in a facility that has place mats near entryways and rugs approxamtly 10×10 covering tiled areas throughout the building… Just like to know what’s best… Need to know type of thing… Good day

Steam cleaning is probably a little better, but the bonnet cleaning does a good job too.

steam clean is the best way. Bonnet cleaning, at best provides a surface cleaning only, and ends up scrubbing most of the dirt in deeper
