Try a bit of Tcut – but I doubt it will work
Guess you will have to get it removed by a pro.

you should be able too, get yourself some really fine sandpaper, about 1500 grit, get it wet and rub over the mark until its gone.
then you’ll need to polish the area with a good polish.
if not take it to a local garage (not a main dealer) and ask them to polish it out should only cost £20 and take half hour

Most of the time you can remove it with a clay bar. Its what details use to bring back old paint. It will be some work but you can do it. Most any auto parts house sells the clay bar. It wont strip your paint like sand paper will. Worst case scenario use polishing compound.

i would use a black and decker belt sander with fine emery cloth on low speed. after the ghetto marks are gone, apply a thin layer of K-Y jelly and work in. put the finishing touches on with a leather chamois. it should be good as new.

Take your car to a hand car wash! Most of them will do cut and polishes, for just your bonnet you’ll be looking at 40 – 50 bucks it cost me 130 to do my whole car i had to get it done cos some idiot sprayed a white line down the side of my car.

I would recommend going to a reputable auto body shop for evaluation. It may be a simple fix, or it may require more work.

if the car has not been repainted it will just wipe of with cellulose thinners try its some were out of sight on the car first factory finished cars are sprayed and the paint is baked on in an oven spray cans are Just cellulose or acrylic paint so thinners wont harm the original paint
