Blue Bonnet

I was involved in a hit and run accident. I was crossing a road and a car took over the bus that was waiting for me. The stupid car went over my foot. I fell onto the bonnet of the car but no broken bones, just very bad bruising and swelling on my right foot? I am 12 and 11 months

Who did you plan to get compensation from? If it was hit and run, and the person that caused the damage didn’t give you any information and left, how did you plan to collect?

As to what you would get, it you did have their information, your medical expenses paid.

If you aren’t yet 13, shall I assume you are using your parent’s account with permission to be here?

someone has reversed into my honda civic 1.6lsi in a 4×4 and driven off, and its pushed in the bonnet up and in,so it looks raised,but it still ataches correctly, is an mot failure? can any1 help thanks

No not if it still closes properly and wont ping up as you drive along.

Had this problem on a Renault, but i believe they are mostly the same, try jacking the car up at the front and putting it on axle stands.
Look up from underneath the car between the radiator and the engine, you should see where the bonnet catch is and a lever, using a screw driver push this lever and hope fully it will pop your bonnet, once done have a replacement ready as you do not want a repeat performance, or you do not want to drive round with your bonnet on the latch.

Hi Mates,
Some one scratched my Brand New Car on its Bonnet couple of Days ago, the Scratches are not that deep luckily but still noticeable , I can"t find any cuts in the Paint they probably are on the upper Protection layer .
Some one said Tea-Cut would be useful , but on the other hand i think the Color is Metallic Grey and Tea-Cut is probably not suitable for Metallic Paints. Please Help.
Please advise me what should I do to remove them.
Any help would be highly Appreciated.

while I was looking for the better ways to take care of the Car.
I hope you will also find it useful.
If there are not that hard and deep scratches they should go with the normal wax , make a layer of wax on all of the Bonnet and then polish it gently.
It should remove them

it switches off while driving and there’s a frozen part of the car under the bonnet

Sounds like the air conditioner compressor high pressure swich is not working and the compressor is lugging the motor down until it stalls. If not I’ll need more information to help.

Take a look in your yellow pages and place that makes business signs and decals will have the material. They laser cut the signs on the sides of vehicles out of this stuff.

car bonnets rarely get to hot, this is so people cant burn themselves on them, i doubt you could do this at all
