Jump Higher with This Powerful Exercise

Plenty of exercise workout programs are on hand to help you jump higher. One good example would be this explosive but easy 5-minute vertical jump exercise for enhancing vertical jump.

Using your arms to vertically make a solid grip of an overhead bar, hang with fully extended arms and bent knees. After that, lift your knees as close as it can be to your chest area. As you do this, compress your abdominal muscles. Maintain this position for approximately a few seconds before dropping your legs to the floor below. Do as many repetitions as you can with the knee raises. Stop only when you do not have the energy left to lift your knees above your waist.

It’s critical that you let your abs, or core, have all the work when having knee raises. The entire body must be at rest without unnecessary movements.
