Easter 2008 With The Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence

Easter Sunday is the annual birthday of the San Francisco Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence, Inc. We celebrate with an outdoor festival at Dolores Park with thousands of our friends, live bands, games for kids, Easter Bonnet contest and the awarding of the highly coveted Hunky Jesus.

I listen to music on my own time, I don’t need it everywhere I go. Do I have to like your style of music just because I like your activity or your cause?

I like the SPIs and …
I like the SPIs and everything here, except the “rock music” at the end. Why is there always a style of music imposed on us every time we step out into a gathering or just shopping? Food fair = food … and rock. Fashion show = fashion… and rock. Art exhibition = art… and rock. Going to a restaurant = food… and rock. Shopping for shoes = shoes … and rock. = sex … and rock.
