When you were at primary infants school did you chase the Easter Bunny at Easter?
Our school had this cardboard cut out of a bunny and all the kids would chase round looking for him as he popped his head out of the windows. Whoever caught the bunny got a big chocolate egg.
We also used to have an Easter Bonnet Parade where the one with the best bonnet would win. Did you have this?
There was this girl that always won the Bonnet Parade every year, her name was Carrie, and she only won because her mum used to buy the hats! We were actually supposed to make them and not buy them. I really hated her. I did win once, I made a punk style top hat and the teachers loved it (I must have looked weird – I was only 6 and I looked like a mad punk/goth nobleman – I wore a tailcoat with it too).
Hahahaha.. we had an easter hat parade too….. i was soo close to winning one year but.. CHLOE, who got her mum to make her hat, won. Injustice!!!

I was far too busy befriending the sweet girls. Often, our Principal and headmistress had to call my father, to give me a good thrashing. My father, who used to play in the national soccer team, at that time, thrashed me real hard. Peace and Light unto his soul! Today, I owe everything to the wonderful training, I received at the hands of my (now Late) parents, and to my very fine teachers and Professors, in some of the prestigious Institutions, that I got educated in, and which were chosen by my parents.
