A woman died after she was hit by a Kitsap Transit bus. The pedestrian accident victim was apparently walking south on State Route 305 near Johnson Way when on oncoming transit bus struck her. She was pronounced dead at the scene. None of the occupants of the bus was injured. The cause of this fatal pedestrian collision has not yet been determined.
