I never suspected the cat
I never suspected our cat. There was one particular wall in our home that was being scratched. Long thin scratches that looked horrible. We have two children and both denied scratching the walls of course. I feel bad admitting that I didn’t believe them. Then my neighbor let me borrow a small wireless security camera. It was easy to set up and conceal. I always suspected it was one of my kids playing with a toy on the wall. When I watched the video recording, to my surprise it was our cat scratching our walls and not our kids! The kids got an apology and the cat got a scratching post!
