Nissan Skyline R33 RB25DET keeps stalling and killing my battery PLEASE HELP!!!?

i own an 1993 R33 Auto Sedan Turbo and am constantly having problems.
First the timing belt slipped, it was readjusted and ran fine for over 12mths. A month ago it slipped again and bent a valve.
So i replaced the motor. It purred like a kitten for a week.
Then in traffic one afternoon after only driving a km it stalled.
It kicked over instanly however i pulled over and let it sit and idle for a few minutes as the revs seemed low and the temp was still cool. Then nursed it on high revs for a few more kms home.
It stalled again, this time the keys locked in the ignition and due to my head deck, amps, 2 thermo fans and turbo timer it killed my battery. I could now smell oil burning and under the bonnet was smoking a bit but the car wasnt overheated. All my temps were fine. i noticed a small oil leak coming out of my oil cooler, which i figured could explain the smoke and smell from the burnt oil.
Now the car wont start unless hooked up to jumper leads.
The engine purrs when its running but i need the jumper leads to start it up each time. it will drive for a few minutes and as soon as you slowly come to a stop it cuts out again.
Does anyone please know what could be causing it to stall and drain power so perfusively?
I replaced the car battery the day after the motor was replaced.
i wanted to put in a bigger battery. but was told not to, has anyone put a truck battery in a skyline before. or is this usually not necesary?
THANKYOU!!

Battery wise if the battery it does need a good bit of juice just to keep the car running,i have an issue when i do not drive it for a few days and the battery drops to low, then i have to jump it.But i have never used a Bigger battery.
